Returns
and Exchanges:
Not
all products are eligible for return. Please read all of
the conditions in this section prior to making your purchase.
Products
that are eligible for exchange require an RMA number prior
to being returned. Qualifying products are eligible for
exchange or store credit only.
RMA
– Return Merchandise Authorization
If
you need to exchange your goods, you must obtain from us
a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA can only
be obtained by emailing , with
your invoice number and reason for return.
You
must include the RMA, which we will email back to you, and
the unused item in its original packaging in saleable condition.
All packaging and accessories must be included for the credit
to be issued.
RMA’s
will only be processed by our online department. Please
do not bring merchandise bought online to our brick and
mortar stores. They will be unable to accommodate you.
Shipping
charges for return items is the responsibility of the customer.
Dancewear:
For hygienic reasons, tights, body stockings and dance-belts
are final sale. No exchanges or credit notes will be issued
for these categories. Please be careful during the checkout
process to ensure you have ordered correctly. For other dancewear
items we allow up to seven days to exchange goods if you are
not satisfied with your purchase. If no substitute is available
or suitable at that time, you will be issued a credit note
in the value of your original purchase (net of shipping charges),
valid for one calendar year from the original date of purchase
for any online purchase.
Makeup
and Wigs:
All
makeup and wigs are a final sale. Please be careful during
the checkout process that you have ordered correctly.
Costumes,
masks and novelties:
October: Due to the highly seasonal nature
of our business, we will not accept any returns or exchanges
for any items purchased between October 1st and the Monday
following Halloween.
November through September: If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you have two business
days upon receipt of your item(s) to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) before exchanging them. If no substitute
is available or suitable at that time, you will be issued
a credit note in the value of your original purchase (net
of shipping charges), valid for one calendar year from the
original date of purchase for any online purchase.
Shipping
Your
order will be processed within 48 hours of placement. The
speed of delivery depends on your choice during the checkout
process, and the expected arrival date appears next to your
choices.
Please
note that we cannot guarantee delivery of Halloween merchandise
for orders placed after October 20th. While it is still
possible to use Canada Post's expedited services, Malabar
will not be responsible for any errors made by Canada Post.
**If
you are ordering a large quantity of an item (particularly
stackable items like masks and hats), you may experience
errors during the checkout process or be quoted an inaccurate
shipping price. Please call us, at 1-888-598-2581, and we
will happily process your order over the phone.

Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s
computer for record-keeping purposes. We use session ID
cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site,
which expire when you close your browser. However, even
if your browser’s settings block all cookies, you
will still have full access and functionality on our site.

SSL certificate is provided by Geotrust.com.
The security of your personal information is important to
us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit
card numbers) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt

We respect your privacy. If you purchase a product from
us, we request certain personally identifiable information
from you on our order form. You must provide contact information
(such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial
information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill
your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we
will use this information to contact you. Once your order
is processed, your credit card information will be cleared
from our server. We will add your email address to our mailing
list only if you request it.
Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend
about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s
name and email address. We will automatically send your
friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the
site. Malabar Ltd. does not store this information.
Choice/Opt-out
We provide you the opportunity to ‘opt-out’
of having your personally identifiable information used
for certain purposes, when we ask for this information.
For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not
wish to receive any additional marketing material from us,
you can indicate your preference on our order form.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional
communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following
the instructions included in each newsletter or communication

Files
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information
automatically and store it in log files. This information
